Services
Five focused offerings. Each one is built around solving a real problem your business actually has.
Business Websites & E-Commerce
Clean, mobile-first websites and online storefronts. Clear messaging, easy navigation, working checkout — built to bring in customers, not impress designers.
Custom Web Apps & Tools
Dashboards, calculators, intake forms, and internal tools tailored to how your team actually works. Less spreadsheet chaos, more real workflow.
Automation & SMS Systems
Text alerts, scheduled reminders, and back-end automations that handle repetitive work so you can focus on customers and operations.
Website Cleanup & Redesign
Your existing site, rebuilt to work better. Faster load times, clearer content, modern look, and fixes for whatever was holding it back.
Integrations & APIs
Connect your website to email, scheduling, payment, and CRM systems. Bring your tools together so things run without manual effort.

How I Work
A real process, not a sales pitch. AI-assisted (Replit, ChatGPT, Gemini) so I can move fast while keeping every project structured.
Discover
We talk through the actual problem you're solving — for your customers, your team, or your operations.
Plan
I sketch the system: pages, screens, data, integrations. You approve the direction before any code is written.
Build Fast
I build a working version quickly using AI-assisted workflows so you can see and react to something real, not slides.
Test on Mobile
Every project is tested on real phones early. If it doesn't work in someone's hand, it doesn't ship.
Improve
Launch is the start, not the end. We iterate based on real feedback from real users.
Built for the People Who Do the Work
Real Client & Community Work
Every project on this site is built for a real person, business, or community — not a classroom exercise.
Mobile-First by Default
Every site and tool I build works on phones first. Desktop is a bonus, not the starting point.
Practical Over Flashy
I build systems that actually solve a problem. If a feature doesn't earn its place, it doesn't ship.
Ongoing Support
Need updates after launch? I stay available for maintenance, improvements, and the next thing you build.
I build things that work in the real world.
I'm Marcus Piper — a Virginia-based developer with a background in field operations, underground utilities, and continuous learning through Northern Virginia Community College. That mix matters: years of real-world ops taught me what bad tools cost, and that lesson shapes everything I build now.
Today I focus on websites, automation, and custom web apps for small businesses, nonprofits, and local operators — the people who can't afford bloated software but still need things to run smoothly.
